I’m Arleen Velasco, a registered nurse with fifteen years of bedside experience, including ten years specializing in adult kidney and liver transplant.

I founded Golden Gate Concierge Nursing after witnessing too many individuals navigate vulnerable health moments without confident, personalized, and private support. That experience shaped my commitment to delivering the care you and your family deserve.
