Services may include post-hospital or post-surgical care, medication management, care coordination, wellness support, senior support and end-of-life nursing support. Each care plan is individualized following an initial consultation.

No - Golden Gate Concierge Nursing is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medi-Cal. This allow us to provide personalized, high-quality care without third-party restrictions.

Payment is made directly by the client. We accept major credit cards and Venmo.

Some services may be eligible for reimbursement through HSA or FSA accounts; clients are encouraged to check with their plan administrator. Itemized invoices available upon request.

All care is provided by licensed Registered Nurses who are experienced, highly trained and practice within their professional scope under California law. Nursing services are provided through Golden Gate Concierge Nursing, ensuring continuity, accountability, and adherence to our standards of care.. Our practice maintains professional liability insurance and follows all applicable state regulations.
